Exchange & Cancellation only within 30 days for in-store credit less 5% restock fee; no cash or cash equivalent refunds. Deposits are non-refundable; Customer agrees to inspect all items within 48 hours of receipt; must request broken/missing parts within 7 days or subject to replacement cost. Special orders subject to 50% restock fee. Specialty items, parts & customized product sold as final sale. Merchandise must be returned with original receipt, packaging & parts in new condition; any missing parts or damaged packaging will be subject to replacement cost. Light 'N Leisure is not responsible for 3rd party costs including installation & return shipping fees. 60 day storage included; if not picked up any deposits become a store credit.
