All orders must be paid in full at time of purchase. 14 Day Exchange, Cancellation or Return for Refund under the following conditions: Must be in As-New condition. Special Order Items Returned or Cancelled within 14 Days subject to 50% restock fee. All other Returns within 3 Days less 20% re-stock charge; Within 4 - 7 Days less 30% re-stock charge; Within 8 - 14 Days less 50% re-stock charge. Same terms apply to Deposit refunds. EXEMPTIONS: Ceiling Fans not packed in original factory packaging are Final Sale; No cancellations, refunds or exchanges, Full Warranty. Products sold at 50% or more off the original retail price are final sale; No refunds or exchanges. Merchandise must be returned with original receipt, all packaging & parts in new condition. Any product that has been installed or no longer has all the original packaging and parts cannot be returned. Customer agrees to inspect all items within 48 hours of receipt; must request replacement for broken/missing parts within 7 days or subject to replacement cost. Please contact manufacturer directly for any warranty issues. Specialty items, parts, modified, and customized product sold as final sale. Light 'N Leisure is not responsible for 3rd party costs including installation & return shipping fees. Purchases must be taken at time of purchase or within 14 days of becoming available.
